Happy Passover! I haven't had matzah pizza -- yet. I'm going to look up a recipe asap. We had a rat problem last year (we have chickens, so natch: rats). We tried traps, paid a company several hundred dollars to get rid of the rats. One baby rat was caught in the trap. All the other rats were too smart. We now pick up the chickens food after they eat, stopped feeding the birds, filled all the rat holes, put up barriers all around the house, including laying down hardware cloth and covering it with several inches of pea gravel. Big job, but we didn't have to kill anything, and the rats moved away.
I’ve never made matzoh pizza but I’m very good at making regular pizza (upped my game in March 2020 when all the restaurants closed). I am also good at making caramel/chocolate matzoh brittle (I made some last night so it’s ready for tonight)!

I am the pizza maker! We buy fancy Italian gluten free flour and I’ve finally perfected my recipe. It’s amazing after a slow fridge rise but it’s also really good with just a one hour rise.

Can you get a metal garbage can? Relocating wildlife often results in a poor outcome. 😞 I won't elaborate.

I'd say "it's hard not to love rats," but I was never a Victorian child in a pram being bitten by giant ones.
